Return Policy
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 full days to return the Product(s) ordered. BONPOINT extends this period to 30 days for items ordered via its website. This period begins the day after the delivery of the order or the first working day following delivery, or from the day of delivery of the last item when the order is delivered in multiple shipments.
Each Product must be returned intact, clean, complete, and in its original packaging and condition (including any gift or special packaging, pouch, dust bag, label, identification tag, or, if applicable, single-use seal).
The Customer may exercise their right of withdrawal simply by filling out the Return Form included with every order and sending back the unwanted items using the prepaid return label provided in the package.

Please be careful when you prepare your package : Cross off the items you keep on the 2 invoices. Put the 2 invoices outside the package and write on it "RETURN".
You may contact our Customer Service team for assistance or details regarding this process and/or to obtain a new return form or prepaid return label in case of loss.
All returned products are inspected. Any item that is incomplete, damaged, worn, or dirty will not be accepted for return. At Bonpoint’s discretion, such items may be returned to you at your own expense or retained.
Unsealed fragrance and skincare products (such as cleansing gel and scented detergent), as well as opened boxes, are not eligible for return. Personalized items or services (e.g., personalized ribbon) are also non-returnable.
Under no circumstances can refunds or exchanges be requested or made in-store.
Products purchased on the website https://bonpoint.com/ may only be exchanged in a Bonpoint Boutique in the country where the sale was originally made (excluding department stores and outlet shops). A credit note will be issued if an exchange is not possible. For more details, please refer to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in Stores.
If the Customer wishes to request a refund under the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the item must be returned following the return procedure explained above on the bonpoint.com website.
When the above conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal are met, Bonpoint will refund the Customer all amounts paid in connection with the returned Products, within 14 days from the date the right of withdrawal was exercised, in accordance with Article L.221-24 of the French Consumer Code. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
In the event that the recipient of the products listed on the order form is not the same person who made the payment, the refund will, in all cases, be issued by Bonpoint to the person who made the original payment.
